1966
Jensen-Souders & Assoc., Inc.
Wilson Souders and Fred Jensen create Jensen-Souders Associates.
1969
Move to Itasca
Operations relocate to 725 Baker Dr., Itasca, IL.
1981
Warehouse Expansion
18,000 sq. ft. is added to the Itasca warehouse.
1997
749 N. Baker Drive Acquired
The company purchases 749 N. Baker Drive and connects the two buildings to create 140,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space.
1998
Flammable Storage Added
A flammable storage room and racking systems are added to the facility.
2003
Hazardous Storage Facility
749 N. Baker Drive is converted into a dedicated hazardous storage facility.
2010
Hot Room Added
A hot room temperature-controlled at 80°F is added to the Itasca facility.
2022
Cool Room Added
A cool room temperature-controlled at 60°F is added to the Itasca facility.
2023
Belvidere Location Opens
A second warehouse opens at 3915 Morreim Drive, Belvidere, IL, offering 105,000 sq. ft. at a different Chicagoland location.
